growing regions, the Chardonnay grape is at the heart of some of the world\u2019s most famous white wines.<\/p>\n<p>After an encouraging performance in experimental conditions, the variety was planted class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-fontsize=\"23\" data-lineheight=\"32.2px\">GRAPE VARIETIES AND VINIFICATION TECHNIQUE<\/h3>\n<p>This white wine is produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes cultivated in densely planted\u00a0rows (over 4,000 vines per hectare) and harvested in early September.<\/p>\n<p>A low yield per vine ensures that the grapes will be rich in sugar without losing crucial acidity.<\/p>\n<p>Soft-pressing of the grapes is followed by a careful selection of the free-run juice which\u00a0ferments for 6-8 days.<\/p>\n<p>The new wine is then chilled to prevent the onset\u00a0of malolactic fermentation and stored in stainless steel tanks for 3-4 months before it is\u00a0bottled at the beginning of the following year.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div
