DISTILLATION TECHNIQUE & TASTING NOTE

This white grappa is distilled in traditional pot stills from the carefully selected, newly fermented skins of Casale del Giglio’s own Petit Manseng grape vinification process.

Grappa Petit Manseng, fresh and zesty on the palate, reveals a strongly aromatic nose thanks to the rich store of flavour compounds secreted in the grape’s particularly thick skin.
